Individual Counseling

Couples Counseling

Gain a better understanding of your life and your relationship.  We can help improve communication between you and your partner, reduce resentment, and teach you how to address concerns in an effective way.  We utilize the Gottman method for couple’s therapy.

 

Family Therapy

Family therapy is another therapeutic method that can lead to reduced conflict in a family and lead to a healthier and more sustainable life for the family of a client in treatment.

 

 

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

​

Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT) is a therapeutic method that is helpful in treating a wide range of problems which include depression, anxiety, eating disorders, alcohol and drug use disorders.  Research has demonstrated that CBT has shown reliable results in an improvement in both functioning and quality of life. Here the therapist helps the client examine their thought process and together therapist and client identify which thinking processes are causing problems.
